Buy a new shift linkage, "adjust" the tps (if that is even possible...), and then relist it for 600 bucks more. People are much more inclined to buy a car in good working order, and if this is truley all it needs, it would be a cheap fix for you.

you can adjust the TPS on any honda.

I just don't feel like pulling half the motor mounts to do it.

I need this car gone ASAP.

I don't care if i'm not getting what it's worth. My loss your gain.

The only thing wrong with the car now is the horn (needs horn wiring harness), and the inspection.

Letting it go for $3 grand as it sits this weekend!

i thought the tps was on the throttle body? does it have a cat coverter? is it throwing a check engine light?

Yeah, it's on the torottle body.

you can either un-do some of the motor mounts, or take the throttle body off.

neither of which i'm willing to do at this point.

no cat.

throws CEL because it doesnt have a EGR valve.

How do you adjust the tps? im curious... and why would you need to.... Eitherway, 3 grand is a fricken steal. somoone pick this bad mamajama up

you loosen up the two screws on the back of the TPS, move it to where the WOT and idle voltages are right, and then tighten it back up.

car has yet to be sold.
