Anyone know the spring rates for the Eibach Pro kit and H&R Sport springs for the 4th gen? Neither has them on their site. I'm guessing they're both about 5.0 front, 4.0 rear, but I want to know for sure
I do not like Eibach springs (GC is the exception). Eibach can give you that boat effect where the rear looks lower than the front.
I went with H&R race springs. Loved them. I am not sure of the rates but they are one of best non custom rate springs.

i'm not sure if this is still valid, but from what i recall H&R sport used to be the same as Neuspeed sport springs. I just dug through and found an old email from Neuspeed stating the rates were 240 lb/in front and 225 lb/in rear.
don't quote me on this either, but i thinkg H&R race springs are like 450f/375r or something like that. I used to have both(sport and race). The sport springs are just like a step above stock. A little lower, and a little better handling. But, the race springs i really liked. Pretty even lowering and awesome handling. You really need aftermarket shocks with the race springs, though.
