Can someone help me with changing out the ABS modulator on 1995 Accord EX, I got a new one and I would like to change it out my self any tips or how to's ? would be very helpful.

remove the lines and plugs going to it. Unbolt it. Reinstall the lines and plugs. Bleed the brakes from the master, then the modulator, then at all 4 wheels and your good to go.

Can you please tell me the sizes kind of tools I will need to do this job.

When I changed my abs modulator, I never bled all the brakes. I bled the abs, thats it.

OP, you'll need a 10mm line wrench and I believe a 12 or 14 mm wrench..

Thanks for the tips, but what do you use to plug brake lines so the fluid wont flow out.???????????
