Default Springs?

Hey, i have the 06 accord that i want to lower. If i look for springs and shocks for the 05 accord, will they work on the 06 accord as well, is tehre no real difference or am i wrong? and also, i noticed the 06 accord has coilovers that are stock, is it still okay if i have springs and shocks instead of coilovers?

Cars dont come with coil overs, coil overs are the sleeves that make the cars height adjustable

if your going to lower your car, you need struts so the car dosnt bottom out and a coil over kit for the drop... thats the cheap way.. if u wanna lower it with a whole damper kit
