I would like to start using some trusted oil for my Accord 01 and maybe any supplement you advise. I have 111.000 miles on it.

I don't know what tranny fluid was put into my car, but I would like to know which one should I use with this change.

Also what engine oil should I use? Im going to change oil at place where they only put one type of oil for all cars, so I just want to hand them the bottle and tell them to put the one you advise.

I don't know if that matters but car never leaves Florida state.

 

use any oil you want and use honda tranny fluid.

 

use 5w-30 all will be well

I got 5w-30 quaker state. I hope this will keep my engine alive till 200k miles.
