frt lwr ball joints... boot changeable without popping out whole joint?
i just noticed a small rip in one of my front lower ball joints and there is no more grease.
is it possible to change the boot without popping out the ball joint out of the hub? because thats a lotta work and i dont have a press.
if i have to press the whole joint out, i might as well get a whole new complete joint.

nope, sorry but not that ive heard of, just buy a new one. i think they are only like 30$ to replace from autozone
you dont need to remove it from the knuckle, but it'd be cheaper to get a new one. You can rent the tool from autozone by leaving a deposit. Its really not that bad, but you will need to take the axle nuts off.

well thats what im saying...i dont care about the cost of buying a new bal joint...that doesnt matter....i just dont want to go through the hassle of popping it out of the knuckle and puling the axle out n all.
