Default Brake noise of some sort..

Well Just changed out my integra lower ball joint today and everything went back in smoothly. So I started the car and drove down the street and there was this weird metal rubbing metal screeching noise. I was like wtf and jack back up the car and see if I've missed anything. Every bolt was on tight, nothing was out of place, the dust shield is not hitting any part of the rotor, it didn't make any noise at all whatsoever whenever I spin the wheel, and I even took off the brake pad an inspect them. What so frustrating is that the noise only come whenever I put my car back down and drive down the street. The only thing I'm sure is ...it sound like it has to do something with the brake dust shield possibly. Someone help me out.

Ye I bend it and triple check it to make sure it not the brake shield, but the noise is still there. I'll prob. remove it complete tomorrow and see if it would help. But still, I don't get why when I jack the car up and spin the wheel...there wasn't any noise whatsoever.
