you nick a piston with the exhaust valves?
twice i've seen this at work, and i've rebuild 2 f20c motors.
did you re-ring the motor while you were at it?

intake valve actually on #4 like most....Everything in the motor was replaced with honda parts. Seals, bearings, rings , rods, pistons, head ect. Only thing origional is the crank and cams, thanks for the bump
