Default ITR crank in LS block?

I am planning on buying a sleeved and bored LS block to 85mm. Would there be any oil starvation problems at high rpms if I were to use my ITR crank in this block. I am asking this because I read that the LS block doesn't have oil squirters like the ITR block. Before you ask, I would like to use the 87mm crank over the 89 LS crank because I want to carry my powerband a little further up the rpm range while getting a 2.0L engine.

the car is my DD, would there be a long term reliability problem if I were to run forged internals without the squirters?

Oil squirters, when they are open ( they are pressure depandent) remove volume and pressure to the crank. So what do you think? There job is to cool the underside of the piston. What do you think they actually oil, the wrist pin?
