cel is on so i jump to get codes and it just goes off. next day I'm driving and it starts to blink cel for o2 cel 42 but it wasn't jumped put new o2 in cel still on that's when i run into the problem i mentioned first jump it it just turns off so some one help me

 

which o2 did it say it was? because their is one in the cat and one in the header on an obd2 motor. if you have a test pipe on an obd2 it will throw a cel.
