Bumper fitment on 94-97 on 98-01

does rear bumper from 94-97 fit on a 98 integra? how about fenders?

yes they do but why?!?!?! the 98-01 body looks better

whats the difference of the back bumper? is it the piece that goes all the way across above the exhaust?
