don't know how emissions are in NJ, still kinda new to the state. I never took it to get inspected thats why i dont drive it. It has a test pipe and chipped ecu so might not pass. I have a high flow cat for whoever buys it to throw it on and it should pass after that. Yes it has an aftermarket apex n1 full catback exhaust, and a generic aftermarket header, but I have a brand new dc 4-1 header for the person who buys it.
