civic electrical problem help please
ok i have a 92 civic hatch with a crvtec motor swap and integra interior but it wont start all the fuses in the car but when i try to use the lights or turn signals it make a weird whinning noise coming from the fuse box and the relays any suggestion i really need to fix it can afford to take it to a shop help please
Are you running the correct wiring harness and ECU?
Sounds like your missing a ground in the engine bay, double check all your work.

b/c his question is concerning electrical problem, and maybe when he did the interior swap he installed some electrical components from the teg.

yeah when you install a teg interior in a civic you have to cut and splice wiring i keep checking the grounds in the engine bay and under the dash i mean i get nothing it doesnt even try to turn over.
