nvm i found it. its a holden. right when i post this thread i find it. after 2 hours of searching

Aussie powered version of the F-Body Camaro/Trans Am. They use the Chevy LS1 motors and LS6 I believe on the high end models. The Pontiac GTO is an example of a Holden that was re-skinned for the US Market.
