Default best lowering height for SPORT?

I have been on this long trial of trying to figure out what would be the best lowered height to go with my 6 speed 6 cyldr 4 door accord, and of course, which company to go with, for quality and longevity (at least 50,000 miles worth of life-i wont touch ebay stuff). here is the list- oh, and i am just upgrading springs for now, not shocks. thanks for the help!

i voted sportline because i love my springs.

however its not really worth it to not get the shocks. itll be two times the work, and you are gonna have to replace them with upgraded units eventually anyways

sportline because eibach and their million-mile warranty is the shyt.

edit: i just read eibachs warranty and pretty much it doesnt apply to 90% of the people here because if you install the springs yourself it pretty much voids the warranty

I have tein basic dampers on my cd5 and i love them. the ride quality is great, handling is great and it is a strut designed to be on a lower vehicle plus you get adjustable ride height. For the 750 i spent on them it was totally worth it.

I voted for sportlines though.
