FS: OEM HID projector retro - 99-00 Civic headlights!
As the title states, I have a set of 99-00 honda civic headlights retrofitted with the following components:
A pair of civic OEM headlamps
Hella bixenon projectors (low and high beams!)
Hella ballasts
Philips 4300k bulbs
Upgraded wiring harness included (plug and play, simple hookup)
Everything professionally mounted. This setup is great, not only for the fact that you'll have OEM HID optics, but you also will maintain your high beams, being that they are bixenon projectors! Also, you'll get much better lighting output than some silly "kit" (refer to link in my sig for more info...). No glare, wide/smooth lighting pattern, and awesome color along the cutoff (looks just like seeing a s2000/bmw/audi coming head on).
I've seen setups like this go for $1000-$1500+/-.
Willing to sell at $700/obo shipped to your door (US, paypal only)
Pics: (I can get more detailed pics possibly this weekend if needed.)

Let me know if you have any questions, and I'll be happy to answer them.
Thanks for looking!

More pics!
Notice the thick blue/purple colors along the cutoff! Looks great, when you see the car behind you, or coming head on. Who needs 12000k "kits" when you can have the best of both worlds with this setup. Awesome spread/output/color, with 4300k bulbs!

Actually the pics are sort of deceiving. The distance that the pic was taken, was quite a ways a way. Also, if you search for hella bixenon's on http://www.hidplanet.com, you'll see what I'm talking about.
Plus this was taken with a 2.0 megapixel camera, along time ago. Not with the best settings by any means. We'll try and maybe get more pics to prove what I'm saying.
I'll get more hi rez pics here in a few minutes and show you what I mean!

Here's more pics of E55 hella bixenons...higher resolution:

The white balance was basically "0" when we took those pics in the prior post. These images are a more realistic visualization of what they'd look like in person.
Thanks,
Brent

Basically what I'm trying to say, is pictures can NOT do these justice. Especially anything lighting related!
If anyone needs more pics, let us know. Once you go HID, you won't go back. Trust me. Me and my brother have went through many different HID setups.

A Mercedes Benz.
A Mercedes Benz.
Wow, bump for someone actually remotely close to me.
Come on guys, its terrible to have to strain your eyes to see at night. These would be 10x better.
Curious, who did the retrofit? I need this done for me. I dont want to f-it up.

Thanks for the good words.
My brother did this setup. We both have completed multiple hid retrofits, just not sure if there's a market out there to get serious about it.
I'd recommend to just buy a set of extra headlamps, and if you screw up, big deal!
It's not the easiest thing to do...and patience really is important!
