My girls car was stolen...no idea why...Its a Rav4 a 02.... the interior and other **** are missing will the ins ..company claim total....or does anyone know .. if they would just fix it no matter what.s missing.....

 

considering its an 02 i dont think that the insurance company will consider it totaled cause it not 75-80% of value lost, meaning its not gonna cost too much to ahve the car back to normal.. what i bet they will end up doing is just replacing all the stolen parts w/ parts from a rav4 that was totaled in an accident or from the dealership..

 

The only way an insurance company will total the vehicle is if the cost to repair/replace is more than 75% (usually..not sure if it's same everywhere) of the value of the car. If the only things missing from your gf's car are interior and minor stuff, then most likely the insurance company will pay just to repair/replace what is necessary.
