Hesitation on start...::SEARCHED::

Hesitation on start...::SEARCHED::
So I'm leaving work today, and when I started my car, it was running really rough for about 5 seconds, and idling around 1k rpm. It then bounced to 2k and idled like it should on cold startup.
Temp: 38 degrees
Time since driving: 8hrs
Mileage:45,388
Car was in neutral, foot off the gas pedal. Can't think of any other reason for it to act like that. It's never had a cold start issue before.
Anyone else ever experience this?
