when i check the codes the abs light flashes 54, 7, 9 and the check engine light stays on all the time.
is there a way to romove the ckf?

the only way to shut the light off is to replace the sensors.

 

If its blinking, i think it means its something important, are you getting Limp Mode?

 

if its blinking it means its catalist damaging, probably because of a missfire or other fuel problem, need code

If you're driving and the CEL is flashing at you, the above answer is correct.
