If you are asking if you can boost the motor, the anwser is yes. I have to ask though, if you are building a better motor, why waste turbo life on a motor that doesn't matter.
I mean if you want to boost the motor until it blows up have at it, but that just might kill your turbo.

Save your time and energy? Right.....

Give me a break, if you have the **** lying around turbo the thing. Hell thats what im doing, I have all the **** lying around and im putting it on the d15 until my lsvtec is done. It takes a few hours of your life to install it all. I have all the parts so all im paying for is the tune ($120) and I no longer have to deal with the whole 80hp or whatever this d15 puts out stock.

Im guessing this is a t3/t4 turbo? That is a very large turbo for that motor. Although it is one of my favorites, much too large for this application.

I would find a nice lil t25 or t3 off a volvo or something, and go from there. They are very cheap, and will do you a lot better than a hybrid.

By all means, if you dont want to listen to me then thats fine....however, i do know that you will have seeeerious lag, and will not be efficient at all.

Dude...what in the hell motor are we talking about here? The B16, or a D15b7?

Your thread topic says D15b7, and you say you're building a B16 for boost?

For God's sake, clarify what is going on here.

So you're wondering what turbo will be good to boost your b7 motor?

Id say dont even waste your time, and put all your effort/money into the true build.

You will not be very happy w/ a boosted D15b7 motor

look just boost the damn thing and see what happens. If your building another motor then dont worry about the D15. Dont sit hear and listen to what they ^^^^ have to say about it. If you want to turbo it then go right ahead, its your motor...not theirs.

If you have all the parts ready, then why are you asking?

Not when you sit there and give me **** about my two cents. He said he wanted to boost so i told him to boost it and to not worry about what you say he should do. WE dont need people like YOU to sit hear and talk **** about other members of this respectable forum. If you are seriously going to act like this then you need to stop posting on this site. Grow up and pretend like your mature like everyone else on this forum.

Im not going to sit hear and listen you argue to me back and forth to prove me wrong. Ive got more respect for myself than to stoop myself to your level. I told him what i thought he should do based on what he posted. If your going to sit there and flame me for giving my suggestion then im sorry that you have no other life other than to get back at me.
