98+ Carbon Fiber Type R lip?

I was wondering if there is such thing as a 98+ Carbon fiber type R lip? If so, where can I get one?

there was a potential groupbuy on honda-acura for 98+ cf lips, but there wasnt enough interest.

assylums.com has the cf lips, but the only problem is that i ordered it and a month later they still couldnt tell me when it would be shipped to my house. so i canceled but u would check if u want
