Default VTec wiring/Knock sensor HELP

okay here are the cars im working with.

1994 honda civic CX
and a
1994 honda civic EX

okay here is the story,

i had a B16 in my CX and took it out too sell the COMPLETE swap too my friend gave him my harness that is non vtec. I had to add the Vtec wires(2) and the knock sensor separetly from the harness on my cx so those stayed with me on the shell.

I gave him everything and he gave me his complete D16Z6 swap with his harness(EX) it has all the vtec wires already in the harness.

Well we put the B16 in his 94 EX using the harness i gave him everything plugged in but i completely forgot about the vtec wires and knock sensor wires/plugs that i had too keep on my car.

Now his car is already wired for vtec from the main plugs under the engine bay too the ecu is that correct?

if so what should i do too get his vtec wired up?

Splice extra wires into the vtec wires from the ecu too the engine bay into the vtec plugs/knock sensor?

Basically,

CLIFF Notes:
-94 Ex has non vtec harness
-B16 swap
-need too wire vtec again/knock sensor
-HELP

EDIT: i Need too add the knock sensor too his ecu plugs/pin's HELP, his d16z6 didnt have a knock sensor.

look at his ecu plugs and find the pin for the vtec and knock sensor. if there are already wires there follow the wires up to the big plug in the engine bay.take the other end of the plugs and plug it up..if there is an empty spot there make a wires and plug it in there instead of wireing it thru the wire wall and into the cabin

the car is has a VTEC harness, right? So then eveything plugs in, where the plug connet to one another by the passenger shock tower(the clip w/the most wires) there will be a Green/Yellow wire on the harnees on the car run your VTEC wire to that, a blue wire for oil pressure groumd the black wire and a red/blue wire for the knock sensor

so yuor saying just too basically splice it in too those! is this right.and these wires are on the actual car harness that goes too the main ecu plugs right.?

green/yellow wire-> Vtec

Blue-> Oil Pressure

BLK-> Ground on body

red/Blue->Knock sensor

i thought his car wouldnt have a knock sensor? i thought his stock motor the D16Z6 didnt have a knock sensor?

if your running JDM p30 ecu it looks for knock. if your running chipped P28 that doenst look for knock. i'd run a chipped P28.(Tuned)
