Default Losing Power!!!!

Hey guys, i'm losing power in VTEC, it's still kicking in but it aint as aggressive as it use to be. Any suggestions on what it could be?

I thought that, but my mate took it it out who has an ITR. and he said it's lagging.

check your oil & then check your header/exhaust has'nt been pinched,
you could elaberate a bit more with your cars backround & the circumstances it losing power under & you'll get better responces

The car has just been serviced, MOT'd, only owned it for about a month. it's a 1997 Honda Integra Type R JDM spec with 50,000miles on the clock.

My GS-R has the same problem, it's a bad cat in my case (I have a carsound cat that rattles quite loudly).. I think enough of the cat as disintegrated now cause the last two days it felt more normal.

fuel pressure, check/change your oil, check your recent mods, check injectors, leak down test...you can diagnosis alotta things, but those should be the easy ones
