I was interested on getting a cam for my integra gsr i have i/h/e and that is it i plan on getting cam gears and intake manifold with a throttle body but not all the same time just the cams and cam gears for right now and i was woundering what cams to get and what stage due to the things i am going to put into my motor later down the road.

 

I would personally stick with something like CTR/ITR cams or Skunk2 stage 1's.

Buddy Club Spec III+ wouldn't be a bad choice either. These are what I had (basically same set up as you) until I decided to go boost
