heater control lights help

heater control lights help
I have a 92 Prelude S, and I cant get the heater control lights to work, I just replaced the bulbs and that didnt work, I dont know what the problem is, has anyone ran into this problem or know a fix for it thanks.

Well I assuem all the fuses are good. Than you changes the bulbs and they still dont work? Is there any pattern to where the lights do not light up?
