What exactly do you mean...are you trying to say the car won't go up to that level? The car goes there and bogs or stalls? Does it go beyond those RPM's to higher ones...what's the exact situation.

Yea we need more of an exact diagnosis, Do you mean to say it wont rev past there? or does it rev slow (bogging out) thru those rpms?

if i press the gas pedal real slow it'l go up to 1500rpm and start to bounce like hitting rev limiter and keeps doing that till the gas pedal goes more down and then shoots up to 2500rpm. i cant whats so ever get the revs inbetween 1500 and 2500 and its annoying when trying to drive chilling cuz the car tends to jerk alot.

Yea, thats the TPS, unplug it, reset the ECU, and plug it back in. If that doesnt work, then you need to replace the sensor altogather.

Sure sounds like a tps to me, is there any way to test it to be sure? Don't want to have to get a new one without knowing for sure.

Ah, mike you got your post in before mine

That could also be a clogged IACV, ive had issues with that before as well. Take it off, and clean it out.
