need help with cams on a b16

k im trying to put some type-r cams in my b16a2 and i want to know what kind of horse power that will give u if any one knows

How much are you spending on them? If more than $400 then I say go for the Skunk2 Stage 2's. Best bang for the buck IMO. Also, with either route you choose dont forget to upgrade your valvetrain.
