Default Bondo Question

I just bought a Denji Projectors for the 92-95 Civic similar to the one shown below. I do not like the third small city light in the corner of the projectors. I want to cover it up and spray the housing black. I was thinking Bondo to cover the hole up but Im afraid that the bondo might crack due to the heat and movement. Anyone suggestion any other material to cover up the third hole without worrying that it might crack overtime.

Bondo cannot support its self. It is not meant to fill in holes, only smooth out the surface it is applied to.

How visible is the spot for the city light w/ the light out? And didn't you see a picture of the lights you were going to purchase luminated before you bought them? Could have saved yourself some money

yeah i think the third city light is fugly. i like the old school denji style. I got these for a good cheap price of $10. this is for my S2000 Retrofit so i needed a headlight that is clear. How about using Plastic Epoxy Glue, then fill the hole up and then use bondo to smooth it out. you think that will work without worrying it might crack overtime?

it sounds like it should hold but. i never done something like that on headlights before, if you plan on doing that you should tell me how it turns out. im curious now myself.

If you got them for 10 bucks i would say to hell with them and try anything and everything... at worst you just lost 10 bucks. Keep us updated on the retrofit.
