just want to check if the coil and dizzy plug for the resistance and voltage... anyone know where i could find a chart or diagram for this... o and it is obd1, thanks

 

What engine is in your car? And what Distribitor is in your car?

The Ignition Control Module resistance for most Civics is 1.1 to 3.3 K-ohms.

The primary resistance for most Civic and Integra coils is 0.6 to 0.8 ohms and the secondary resistance is 12.8 to 19.8 K-ohms.

If your car has a Hitachi distributor the primary resistance would be 0.45 to 0.55 ohms and the secondary resistance is 22.4 to 33.6 K-ohms.

If you need more info you can look in a Helms or Haynes manual for your car or engine that you have.

 

how would i find out what dizzy it is... where would the markings be at... its a d15b1 with a y6 head i belive but i dont know how to tell the vtec heads apart
