has anyone order from jhpusa.com? i ordered my asr subframe brace with itr sway bar. on the 4th and now it's the 12 my or still says processing. i emailed them twice and never got a reply. so i was wondering did anyone else have this problem from them?

That's pretty common from the poorly ran stores. There's a bunch of online stores that were started by a group of friends(h-t guys) and they just don't any mindset for business. Instead, its like an avenue to make some money and get parts for cheap.

 

why don't you call them?

 

yeah i heard bad things about their service when you order stuff from their website. however, if you order from them through ebay theyll actually care about peoples orders (i guess cuz they dont wanna get negative feedbacks). i ordered some stuff from them last friday and got my items today (thursday). they even emailed me a tracking number and everything.

 

I never had a problem with them.

 

ordered LCA from them came in within a week..

 

dam. i guess i just have to call tomorrow. this sucks it's been 8 days already and my order is still in processing. oo man i can't wait anymore

I remember ordering some blox endlinks used paypal.com to pay to have it shipped to alternative address. never come in after a week and a half but it came to my other billing CC address which i almost miss that shipment. there was no tracking info at all. pretty **** off... if you order on line a lot, you'll come to figure that UPS guys, they leave that **** right at your door step and take off. and if **** happens...**** happens..

 

i called yesturday. forgot who i spoke too,but i was told there were parts missing. so they had to send it back. he said i won't recieve it for 5 to 10 days fck man. its going to be a month until i recieve it.. dam. never had to wait this long before and they took my money already.

It happens, I ordered a buddy club exhaust from a sponser on here, waited 2 weeks and finally called them and they had sent it to the wrong place... so they had to wait till it was shipped back to them and 2 or 3 weeks later I got it. You would think that would be the end of it but there was a huge hole in the side of the box and all the hardware to install the exhaust had came out. DHL was the shipper and I called the sponser and they said they would call me back after they called bc to see if they had any extra hardware. They never called me and I had to rig up the exhaust, which was'nt very easy because that certain exhaust does'nt use bolts, it uses some type or spring thing to pull the pipping together. Goodluck.

I had ordered some F&F coilovers from jhpusa a year ago. Got it within a week. So personally, I have not had a problem with them. I've ordered a Password JDM intake from Password JDM before. Never received, even though the shipping company's tracking said it was delivered...to the wrong address. Which the owner there said they never got

Anyways, long story short, Password JDM took care of it and sent me another one, to the right address.

I WOULD still order from both those places again. Then again, with jhpusa, i'd drive a mile and pick it up myself...

 

there a good shop. There local to me so i have no worries about shipping problems. They seem like a pretty legit shop...unlike passwordjdm haha...

got it on thursday the 26th. putting it this weekend. can't wait.....

 

I have ordered a few things in the past off of their website and had no problems.
Last Monday though I purchased an ASR Brace from them on ebay...They sent me a tracking number which I checked daily. It was never updated and I saw no progress. It never said anything other than "Billing Information Recieved". Sent them an email a week later asking what is going on. They replied that it should be on its way. Then I recieved another email telling me to check the tracking number again because it was finally updated.... it will be arriving today.

 

i'm not saying that they gave bad service or anything. i just had a to vent, but the product is awesome and i understand sometimes shippments comes in with out parts from the manufactureer. they can't help it. so it's understandable.
