well i have an eibach prokit and i rub with 17s so dont tell the guy he wont rub. it is possible. i run 215/45's and my Koni shocks are on the bottom perch with eibach prokit springs and it rubs on hard turn

I have a 2.5" drop on my 92 prelude. I threw 17"s and it barely rubs.

Sn|peR is right. Just saying 17s doesn't mean it won't rub. It depends on the rim width, offets and tire size.

Don't mean to thread jack but here's my setup:

215/45/17 with offset of +42. Will it rub on Koni Yellow + H&R or Neuspeed sports ?

im planning prokits with koni blues and 205/17/40?? or would u guys recommend 215/16 rims?
imo. i think the prokits really do nothing. car still looks pretty stock height.

you can go with 225 and you won't rub with that drop. you're right - prokits won't make that big of a difference though.

if you go with race springs, i'd go with 215/40/17 tires, and rims with an offset no lower than +40.

205/40 tires are not for a prelude you might wanna rethink that choice
