Default buildin b16 motor for turbo

i was building my motor and using new pistons rings rods. im not going to get my block sleeved but do i need to take my block crank head to the machine shop to get resurfaced and stuff? if so, wat price range is all that? Do i need to do anythign mandatory in order for my motor to be safe? also the pistons and rods come balanced but someone told me i shuld get it rebalanced along wit the crank? is that stuff a waste of money or mandatory. pros and cons?

You should definitely have it balanced and blueprinted. Especially if you are gonna boost your motor. Call up some local machine shops and try to find the best price. But typically, you get what you pay for.
