Upgrade for OEM headlights?
I have a 98' Civic HX with stock everything. Is there a modestly priced upgrade on my OEM front headlights without going to HID? I'm hoping I can just add a higher performance bulb to upgrade my lighting. Is there anything that you can suggest that might do the trick? Thanks

I like the PIAA xtreme white and raybrig whitesonic....at the time I couldn't find the GE nighthawk, those are three are truly some of the best bulbs I've ever experienced for non-HID bulb.
Luminics is crap IMO...got a set of the UV bulbs and the were dim as hell and burned out after 3-4hours of use....got a free exchange from the shop and the 2nd set lasted maybe 1 month (AND NO I DID NOT TOUCH THE GLASS OF THE BULB AT ALL)

Phillips X-treme power > all.
And if your headlights are hazy at all take some 500-1000-2000 grit wetsandpaper to them and buff em out with some car polish/plastX. That will help immensely.

No domestic sellers. If you'll read my thread, you'll find a link to Autolamps Online, a company based out of the UK. It usually takes about 7 business days from the time the order ships out to get to you. Well worth the wait.
