He said turbo would be shipped out the 26th. After then I have only gotten two pm's from him after my constant pm'ing, one saying he'll look for the UPS receipt and get back to me that night(which he didn't) and one from his 'mom' saying he was in jail for speeding tickets or something. I got ahold of his AIM sn this monday the ninth and IM'd him and he said he would get me the tracking number. Since then, I have been IMing to no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal on Tuesday and will be filing a claim tomorrow. Unless a turbo shows up on my doorstep, more actions will be taken to get my money back.

i have a claim with him threw paypal as we speak, i won the case but they cant get my money back b/c he has a big $0.00 in his account.

 

I guess I'm not the only one... my paypal claim is in the works right now... should I just resolve this with my credit card/bank?

this is what you guys do if he has no money in his paypal account. you call paypal and tell me to have the buyers complaint department to review the case over. i had the same problem with another buyer when i bought some mugen wheels and he never shipped them out and withdraw all the money from his paypal account. so what they did is look over the case and paypal refunded the money to me and gave the seller a negative balance. so then they hand it over to the collectors and they take it from there. but then again i still got my money.

 

If that'll work, I will try that asap. Thanks for the advice!
