1991 accord wont start, security light flashes
I pulled the 10A PCM fuse and now it wont start, only flashes security light. Tried leaving it alone for 20 mins, and removing battery cable for 10 mins but I cant get it to start.
Also it recently got broken into and I replaced the ignition lock cylinder but I have a blue LED, a small switch and another part hanging from a wire and have no idea what these items are. I am fixxing this car for a friend and now it wont start at all.
Thanks in advance.

It's probably got a starter kill installed...
If so, you'll need to remove the relay and reconnect the starter wire that was cut to install the kill.
Pull the underdash and locate the ignition harness and find where the connections were made...
The LED and Switch are part of the alarm.

Is it getting spark at the dizzy? The car needs fuel-air-spark to run. Your problem lies in one of these. Pull the number one plug and have someone rotate the engine. Hold the plug wire to the vc or ground. You should see a small blue or white arc.
