Cigarette Lighter - Make "hot" always?

I really need for my cigarette lighter to be "hot" even when the car is off. Is there a quick and simple way to rewire it so that it will always be on?

I believe you can do that while the car is off?

I know it works for sure when the key is in accessory position.

wire the 12v line i think its the white and red to a constant source
