okay so my car like other surges. and ive been reading on how to fix it but the project wont be done for awhile. and i was reading that the obd1 witch my car is a 94 db8. has a egr valve. that "he" blocked off and blocked off his fitv. why would u want to do that. and can u block it off and can u block of the iacv ?
