Help: new rims gave new noise

well i bought some new rims and put them on my integra...the are 16 inches and lowered in the front...whenever i drive from 5-10 mph i can hear a noise coming from the right side of my rims...when it slows down i hear it squeaking..i think the lug nuts are tighten wrong or something...and the other part i hear noise something like there is something metal hitting each other

please help me!!!

Are you positive there is enough clearance for the caliper?

Did you accidentally bend the thin metal brake shield on the backside of the rotor? I've had that happen a few times.

Good call, I just did that on my last brake job.....I felt pretty dumb afterwards.
