92 prelude S, digital gas and temp guages not coming on anymore.
Have checked every fuse under the dash and under the hood and all have looked fine. any other common areas, problems, fuses i need to look for to get these to come back on? hate not seeing how much gas i have
have been searching many sites and forums too and have not found my answer yet.

yah, as far as i know, any ideas what else to check? im new to the prelude so i am not sure where to troubleshoot this other than the obvious fuse boxes which i did already. they just went out a while back during driving, and havnt found any information online or anywhere on what it can be (not much info on this year prelude im finding out). so any prelude experts that can point me in the direction on things to check out would be awsome, thanks for any help.
If the whole dash would of went out, I would of told you to check the meter fuse, but since its only that part I don't know...
Did that side of the dash burn out too?
Did the cel, trunk, cruise, brake, clock, ect light burn out as well?
Just taking a gues but maybe that whole side died, I never heard of the gas/temp gauges going out like that, but I suppose its possible, and since the tac, and speeometer are separated from the right side of the gauges, maybe they weren't affected when the other side burned out?
Good luck..

the clock is still on, still dims when i turn the lights on, all hazard lights come on when i turn the key over but never the gas and temp gauges.
maybe the harness behind the dash rubbed through. I would try pulling the gauges out and take a look at the harness, it's not too difficult of a job, a little time consuming, but not all that difficult.
