Default B16A2 or LSVtec?

which one is better for a build? pros and cons between the two? would like to build it to get atleast 200hp.

It's going to be biased by owners so your best bet would be to search for the "how to build a reliable lsvtec" thread and the "b16 owners check in" thread and read them both. Then draw your own conclusion.

first go for b16 swap then convert it into a Ls/vtec.

it will be hard to get 200 out of a 1.6 the easiest way to 200 is b20vtec or lsvtec
