Wheels rusted on Hub

I went to rotate my wheels this weekend and I couldn't get off the front wheels because they were rusted on.

The rear came off with a firm kick but the fronts would not budge.

Any tips?

While the car is on jack-stands (duh...) Kick the back side of the rim firmly... Sounds we-todd-did but I think thats about the only way to get it off... Good Luck!
