FS: Alpine CDA-7863 $75
Title should read: CDA-7863
Works great and is in very good condition. Just removed b/c I upgraded.
Comes with trim piece, mounting sleeve, remote and pdf manual. Just get a harness and it's good to go.
I see 3 completed ones on ebay for $95-80, so my price is firm.
