Reliability of 99-01 Tl

Im in the market of buying a tl. I am kinda forced to buy a tl with high mileage, aprox 80-110k. I know its a honda, but how well do those motors stand up to. Tranny wise also. What are some of the common problems if any.

also how is the gas mileage.

Late-90s and early 2000s Hondas have problems with the clutches in the automatic transmissions failing. Manual transmissions are not affected.

Other than that, they're very reliable cars.
