Default Hey

Hey, my d16a6 died on me in my 90 Civic Si..

What needs to be done to put in a d15b1, or is that a simple swap? I just know different models had MPFI, etc.. Want to be sure it'll all work correctly.

Let me know.

-Kyle

What do you mean the D16 died?

If you're simply putting another OBD0 MPFI D series in, just plug it in and bolt it up. If it's a DP engine just pull off the intake manifold and toss the D16 one on and call it a day.

it will be too much fuel for the little d15b1 to use mpfi with the si ecu. It might run though.
