Default Weird thumping sound when wheel is cranked a few degrees to the right

b16 with b16 tranny
think it just started happening
im not entirely sure i was driving on the freeway with my music off just to hear my car and i noticed this noise
and its only when my steering wheel is slightly turned a few degrees to the right
any idea what it could be?
it doesnt do it on hard rights or lefts so im pretty sure its not the axles....plus i replaced my driver side on a lil bit ago

edit: lug nuts are tight too just checked

Check the steering rack mount. It will sometimes "thump" if loose.

ill do that i have no idea where its located but i will take a look
it never thumps when i crank it more then a couple of degrees (example full turn)
i raised up the car and took off the rims and checked all of the suspension everything seems in order
i will check that steering rack mount though
thanks
