K20 in Civic w/RSX Cluster
Just finshed our RSX Cluster install... there's been a lot of "CAN IT BE DONEs" on the sight so we decided to put speculation to rest and show you that yes, once again, Honda has gone and made this possible with a little ALLDATA, a little help from a friend, and a bunch of wiring hours. Not the longest we've spent (started tonight, finished tonight) but definitely quite an endeavour. Check it out, ignore the bragging, and enjoy. If you'd like this done, contact us. getting there, just trying to do things other shops dont/wont/cant. Enjoy guys! We'll keep you update as we C.A.R.B. this thing (cracked the OEM ECU, just fine tuning things) and get her really motivated with some legal "pressure."
I've still gotta clean the dash (better) and do the ol' shiny bit to it. Also missing the airbag tray...we're pretty sure the carbon insert wont work, so I'm going to have to make a cover... not that I don't like the huge gaing hole or anything.
Then plumb one more gauge (oil pressure) and she'll pretty much be done. Now that I've done one we hope to be able to do them more often. This can be done to ANY 92-95 (working on EK now)... but you will lose some ducting and heater controls, which we'll remedy eventually.
The last thing to be done is add the multiplexor (sitting in front of me) to get a couple warning lights off and make the temp gauge work correctly.
Final Pics in a week or so....

Yeah.. All with the help of a little magic from the guy that does the ECU's around the shop..
I'm sure the USDM RSX-S ECU will be the next to get cracked when I get some MONEY to start working on stuff.. My toys cost alot and it's kinda hard to just go out and buy something when you don't have cash for side jobs coming in..
The multiplexer is cake.. I got it figured out, all I have to do now is get EVO boy to stuff it into the dash somewhere..

That dash is sick. motor is sick. cluster is sick. Now if only all that was on my car....
I want to know how it was done though... Can you just splice into the existing cluster harness? or does it use a different signal, etc... TECH
