to be honest... I'd say ebay... BUT becareful... dont look into fiberglass... yes it's cheaper but it's crappy... when I was into the whole bodykit scene... I bought sum z3 fenders for like $200 bucks.... and on ebay you never get to see what you bought til you actually have it in your hand... when it came to mounting it... one side mouted pretty well with little work but the other one was all messed up.. it was bad... so I was pretty much outta $200 bucks cause I couldnt find ne one to put them on for cheap... I would go for a urathane body kit... expensive but wont shatter if you accidently take a dip a little quicker than you thought.. either that or carbon fiber... carbon fiber stuff looks good is light and pretty strong.

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of body kits on Accords, espically on a sedan. But, it's what you're into and what you like, not what other people think. Check out http://www.bodykits.com.

^^^ werd...
Lip kits are a lot nicer and it doesn't give the "ricer" look like alot of other body kits do.. but that's what I think

with urethane you have to watch out for warping, fiberglass you have to watch out for cracking it, and with kits whatever you think its going to cost its probally two and half times that. first you gotta fit it, then you have to smooth it(most are uneven) and then you have to paint it, just my $.02
