ever made their own strut tower bar? It seems like it would be alot cheaper, the only hard part would be cutting the actual brace that bolts to the top of the tower so that it would line up right/. And, if you made your own you could use some damn thick metal.

So has anyone done it?

 

I've seen people do it, but don't recommend it. Could get dangerous if it breaks in cornering or something.

 

i wouldnt
if you make it too strong it will rip out the tower if its too weak it will snap like a twig.
just buy a real one

 

Didnt even think about that happening. Maybe I will just have to be normal and buy one
