So im either getting this cheap amp called crunch with 1000w rms or a audiobahn 800w rms (A8000T or A8000v) and i need opinions for either a kicker comp vr 12" running 800w rms for 2 or the Audiobahn AW1251T which is also the same rms. please share your opinions to what is better. im trying to be cheap on the audio so i can spend more on parts.crunch amp=90$, audiobahn amp= 150$, audiobahn subs=2 for 100$ or kicker comp vr= 2 for 160$ let me know. thanks

 

if you want sound quality, you cant go cheap. my brother has the A8000T and i honestly hate that amp. I could have subs in my ar right now because his car was totaled and i could use his A8000T amp but i choose not to use it beause, to me, it makes the subs sound worse. it sounds like its more for SPL(loudness) than SQ(sound quality).

 

if it is just one comp vr you dont need 800 rms. the 12" is rated at 400 rms. if i were you i woudl get the kicker zx400.1 . youll be getting a quality amp with good sq and a great reputation

 

so would this be good. 2 12' kicker comp vr runnin 400rms each with a zx750.1 at 740w rms at 2ohm. thanks for all the comments
