Default How do i remove the Air conditioning unit in a 95 ej? *Newbie question i know!

Would the intricate instructions for removing the air conditioning unit in a 95 ej coupe be located in a helms? If not does anyone have any pics, i know which bolts and the wing nut tightener to remove but im unsure of hoses from the PS and the proper way to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Remove all the hardlines, Remove the Condenser, Remove the evaporator, Remove the receiver- drier, Remove the A/C compressor and belt....., you're done!

You have to release the refigerant before you do anything. It's illegal to release it into the atmosphere. I just did mine at night........

i was forced to do mine during my swap
its simple as hell to remove but youll kill a bunch of the rainforest and little furry animals when you release the refridgerant into the atmosphere.
its a cool green color too
make sure you cap off the condensor lines that you dont remove (going through firewall) just in case you want to bring back AC.
